Our pizzas are simple, light and full of flavour.
Our dough is made fresh for each event and goes through a slow rise for at least 48hrs-72hrs. This gives a great flavour and a light crust with a nice crunch.
Our sauce is bursting with flavour, using selected ingredients.
Our toppings are the finest we can source. We use creamy buffalo mozzarella or brie. We also like to showcase some great seasonal produce from our network of awesome local producers.
